1. Services Provided

​

By purchasing services from Obelus AI, purchaser agrees to these outlined terms of use. Obelus AI agrees to provide the following AI marketing services:
 

• Lead Generation for Commercial Roofing Insurance and Restoration.

• We guarantee each lead will be highly qualified, with proof of insurance, the age of the roof, and a true sense of urgency from the property owner. We do not guarantee any interactions with insurance.

• Provide these qualified leads for $1,100 each, and a minimum of 5 leads at a time.

• We guarantee exclusivity to each lead.
   

2. Payment Terms and Conditions

• A upfront payment of $5,500 is due from Client upon check out to begin work.

• Client acknowledges that leads will be produced within 10-15 business days to gather fresh leads.

• Client acknowledges that all payments for leads are due upfront.

• It is Client’s responsibility to follow up on provided leads and utilize them; Obelus AI gives no guarantees other than that the leads have expressed a sense of urgency, are highly qualified, and are insured. Appoint success varies based on factors beyond our control.

• Unfulfilled roof inspections due to client cancellation or no response must be reported to Obelus within 36 hours to be credited back to the Client. Unfulfilled roof inspections due to end client cancellation or no response must be reported within 36 hours to be credited. Unfulfilled leads due to lack of punctuality from purchaser or cancellation from purchaser are not eligible for reimbursement or crediting. Reports of cancellation or no response will not be reinbursed beyond the 36hr window.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client agrees to cooperate with Obelus AI in providing the necessary information and access required for the performance of services. Timely communication and responsiveness from the Client are essential for the successful execution of these terms.

• The Client acknowledges that timely follow-up with leads provided by Obelus AI is necessary and their responsibility.

4. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to treat all information related to the services provided under these terms remain confidential and use it solely for the purpose intended. Provided leads remain exclusive to Client and cannot be shared or sold to third parties without authorization from the parties involved.

5. Limitation of Liability

​​

• Obelus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or losses arising from the use of the leads provided.
   

• The total liability of Obelus AI under these terms are limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services provided.

7. Governing Law

​​

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

8. Entire Agreement

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

9. Amendments

• Any amendments or modifications to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
